Instead of working closely with the OSP to fight corruption, you rather are wasting precious time and resources challenging the constitutionality of the Office of Special Prosecutor. Ofori-Atta's lawyers in the USA must be high-fiving each other and waiting to cease this as a chance to successfully defend their client in the extradition case against their client. Though the extradition case against Ofori-Atta was commenced by the OSP, the Attorney General should have been assisting the OSP in that effort. Interesting to note that the AG, while he was a Member of Parliament in Opposition, never cared then to launch a court challenge to the establishment of the Office of Special Prosecutor. Is the AG worried that the OSP may bring criminal charges against members of the ruling party?
