Failure to pay your rent, issue of false cheques and lots of excuses erode business confidence and so the airport authorities need to act. I see no wrong doing here. The chiefs should advise McDan better and should not allow themselves to be misled by McDan. He almost misled Blakk Rasta until Rasta decided to listen to the version of the Airport authorities.
