And the only solution is that after reconstruction, the law and order concerning the usage of bridge MUST BE VIGOROUSLY ENFORCED.
But the truth is that I will be VERY, VERY, VERY SURPRISED AND HAPPY if our so-called authorities will not fear LOSING VOTES, but PASSIONATELY, FEARLESSLY, and FIRMLY see to it that the bridge is forever being used by only those crossing the road.
