One of Oto Addo coaching problem’s is that he doesn’t substitute tired players on time. He always waited until the game was winding down before. Let's face it, the Black Stars were not that terrible watching them play against Germany. The team just lacks confidence to perform. They may not just need a solid tactician coach, they may also need the services of a psychologist! I personally think that the GFA should go ahead with the hiring of the former German coach, Joachim. We should engage him on a short term contract to go to the world cup.
