When I was a labour officer, I was subpoenaed to appear before an Appeal Court at Secondi. The issue in contention was what wad the difference between an end-of-service benefit.
I said an end-of-service benefit falls under terminal benefit or its a type of terminal benefit.
Its a payment made by the party which terminated the benefit to the other party which is the looser, eigher an employee or employer.
