The survivors would regroup and review documents prior to deciding to a choice. They may chose to go some other way or continue with same contractor selected by parent.
What in God's name would compele Okoe Boye to pay that kind of money if not motivated by kick-back from the contractor? Was there time within which the contractor could have completed erecting a concrete pillar? In the erstwhile Akufo-Addo government administration each person was a potential thief at the time of job offer.
