Personally, I do not believe Baba Jamal chambers and think they should be made to.provide evidence.
Also his lawyers should have advised him that he only has a leasehold and not freehold interest in the property and as such permission will have to be sought from the party with the reversionary interest. Again if he jointly owns the property with Akosua Serwah then she should have been informed.
