This is a results driven business and we need a serious coach period!!! Period!!! And Otto kept losing us games so this was bound to happen and honestly I'm glad that he is gone even if it is close to a World Cup. Damn it I want results and I want a strong team heading into the World Cup. But who do you hire? And we need a no nonsense coach. A serious coach who will hold the team accountable and a coach that will bring the desire and passion back.

Its amazing how short the memory of 95% of all ghanaians is. Do you remember the times of avram grant, milovan rajevac, Ck akonnor, Akwasi Appiah, chris houghton maxwell konadu etc? All these coaches were once long awaited successors to previously failed coaches. Can you tell me what has changed for Ghana after all these coaching changes? Exactly, absolutely nothing. Still no AFCON title for Ghana. Still being eliminated in the preliminary rounds of every tournament, and a steady downward trend that continues to this day. The quality of the team and the players has steadily declined, and when you consider all of this, it's obvious that the Blackstars poor performance in every tournament over the last 10+ years is not the fault of the various coaches. For example, what does the Blackstars' coach have to do with the fact that the Ghanaian league is of lower quality than that of Burkina Faso, or why haven't any Ghanaian youth teams qualified for a major tournament in the last 10 years? Ghanaian football as a whole has suffered a massive decline in quality since 2012. How many coaches have we had since then? Do you really think that the solution to the downfall of all Ghanaian football is to fire the current coach, as we have done 7 or 8 times in recent years?

We have forgotten one thing as a nation. Our football is dead under the current FA with Kurt and Randy at the helm of affairs. It is not about that coaches, it is about our football leadership. When did we see any of our junior national teams which feeds the Black Stars compete in any of the junior world cup competitions? When did we see any of our local clubs competing in the group stages of CAF competitions? Who should be blame?

He didn't have a clue how to make magic with the extraordinary talents at his disposal. What made anyone entertain the illusion that second-string quality would have made any difference??
