No one can convince me that the contractor cannot be traced to face the consequences but because such contracts are awarded to party/gov't faithful, 'who born dog' to bring him to answer questions? We thank God that it happened on a day the school children were not around otherwise, it could have been catastrophic. Now it has become a topic for discussion in all the media space but no one will be held responsible. That's Ghana for you.
