This firefighting approach to problem solving in Ghana must stop because it is not taking the nation anywhere! I expect this medical director to recommend government, under the NHIS, to periodically do this for citizens on birthdays e.g. 20th, 30th, etc. birthdays. In a country where most people attribute most sicknesses to evil forces, you don't make this open suggestions. Looking at the way some drivers behave on the road alone should tell you greater percentage of Ghanaians have mental illness.
