Yes, the UN General Assembly had passed a reparation resolution, and who is going to enforce any payment or whatever to those affected countries? The UN is just a paper organization because under their its watch, the US and Israel are attacking a member nation, Iran without any provocation, and why can't the UN bite if it really has any solid power?
