    Please, exercise regularly, I mean very regularly in addition to the medication. That is what I do every day. The drugs alone may not be enough please.

    I believe some are not prepared mentally for the university program. Let's bring back "O & A" level again. These days students enter university and do courses which they are not prepared for. Parents also tend to choose cours ...
