    The increment is over 4 years not one year. These new recruits will cover vacancies currently, retirements and sickness and readily for the new challenging environment

    Why must the government provide housing for everybody? People already live in their houses. Yes the government must resource them to execute their mandates. Housing should not be a show stopper.
