GWCL will not in the first instance provide any service line to places where water is needed, you will consult with them on that and they are only interested in benefiting from you the customer. Is your interest not to align with the shareholders? They will take months to provide a single meter and it’s treated as a favor, we should be paying attention to how people are able to do such things in the lens of the company. Individuals do not hold power to entirely do that.

We have real criminals in the system wanting to enrich themselves with no work done. This type of stealing must go with immediate prosecution, jailing and huge fine. Unfortunately our useless courts will drag and adjourn the case over and over and turn this into a foolish case which everyone will forget and the criminal will go free. Our judges are not at all serious. They will adjourn cases for months and simple criminal cases drag on for decades. The Chief Justice should wake up and track timeliness and timelines of how long it is taking to complete criminal cases and under which judges. Those judges should be removed who are helping criminals to evade justice by delaying and rather making the complainant come to court for years on end.

THERE SHOULD BE A BUILDING PERMIT ISSUED TO THE NEW BUSINESS AND THIS PERMIT IS THEN SENT IN TO THE GWL.....SO THEY HAVE THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO GO AND FIT THE METER.,...NOW ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

Unfortunately, staff of GWCL either do not know what they are suppose to do or plain inhuman and insensitive that they fo not care about the people they are ro serve. Residents of parts of Gbetsile have been without water supply since early January. To staff of GWCL, nothing is wrong so long as their accomplices are making money by selling water (from where?) to the residents. Please Mr. Ampah, there may be collaborators of "Cashman" in your establishment. Can you honestly tell us you don't know residents of Gbetsile have been buying water outside the pipe lines of GWCL all these weeks?
