This minister has always been arrogant.
Have you been checking the BMI of this Buuuluuu Buuuluuu MP? He has a Huge problem than his ppl in Ningo Prampram & that of Ghana..Stupidity and Idiocy have blocked his brain from functioning properly.

Check Sam Nartey George's legs when he tries to walk fast, one would be moving towards Eastern direction whilst the other is towards West . He walks as if he's carrying Ghana on his shoulders.
