  FIRE SERVICE, IMMIGRATION AND PRISONS SERVICE RENT ALLOWANCE ARREARS 2025
  Its been over 2 weeks since interior minister hon.muntaka issued a press release to all media houses stating that government has released funds for payment of payment of all arrears covering 2025. this is the first time in history that security services rent allowance has been in arrears for several months. Breakdown of 2025 rent allowance arrears= fire service 10 months, immigration 9 months and prisons service 9 months. these 3 security services have been waiting patiently for government all these while only for the interior minister to announce to the general public 2 weeks ago that government has released funds to pay these officers. we've not even tackled this years rent allowance arrears which the interior minister has promised to reflect on monthly salary. hon interior minister, non of your personnel from the above listed security agencies have received payment 2 weeks after your press release.
