When tax incentives are introduced production increases and export increases and manpower increases. Learn

OGyam, do you believe that 24-hour economy and why? By the way, I am not telling you to believe what I put out on this site because I may be wrong, but I will never, ever believe anything that Mahama says because as president from 2012-16, his records are still fresh in my memory and I don't easily forget.
Under NPP, over two hundred factories were established, and the slogan "One Village One Dam" does not mean every village in Ghana will have a dam and does that even make sense?

Mr President, that's great initiative. But I wish to suggests something more, and the best way to really activate and roll out the policy is to first identify the number of businesses and companies, and emphasis should be on indigenous enterprises in the value addition sector, since we want to retain greater volume of our forex within.
Now, we have to direct all our raw commodities including scrap metals (great to hear the ban on scrap metals export) to these local companies to add value. This is where we are able to create the needed jobs along the value chain for our people which volumes will spill over the entire 24 hour in terms of haulage: transportation, distribution, which in itself will triggers those in private sector to set up businesses, round the clock to cater for the needs of transporters, haulage businesses to meet their needs .
Now, these local value addition enterprises will have to be assisted to expand their capacities in existing locations to say 50+ % to up to 100% and more to accommodate in rising volumes.
Next, we further resources them to REPLICATE THEIR PLANTS ACROSS RELEVANT LOCATIONS (IN CASE OF COCOA BEANS, THEY MUST SET UP IN GROWING AREAS) TO ACCOMODATE INCREASING VOLUMES.
THIS IS ESSENTIALLY HOW TO TRIGGER THE MUCH TALKED ABOUT THE 24/7 HOUR ECONOMY AS COMPANIES WILL NATURALLY BE WORKING ROUND THE CLOCK, CREATING JOBS AND MAXIMIZING LOCAL RESOURCES TO CREATE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF JOBS, FOREX AND WEALTH AND PROSPERITY FOR ALL OUR PWOLMEY NATURALLY..

Mr President, let's see the use of the DRIP project put into action. Those district road machines are lying idle. For your 24 hour economy to work, businesses will need better road access to everywhere with street lighting at night. Workers going to work at night don't have to walk in total darkness from their homes. So let's start with the basics like tarred residential streets with street lights which will also generate work for the unemployed plus beautify our dusty environments. This can be a catalyst to boost your 24 hour economy plan.
