  The main motivation is their reward with promotion. It means a lot to them bcoz it comes with monetary reward which also has effect on their pension. Good one there Awakye Tetteh, but then you have to take a critical look at their Certificates and why some could easily get Degrees but find it difficult to pass internal exams. It's a worry that they can pass external exams but carnot pass internal assessments.

  The MTTD on our roads always collect money from drivers. Last time a driver gave them Ghc 5 but they refused and asked him to top up. Is this not bribe. Shameful police service which has lost its integrity.
