If by road then i am afraid, they have to support us with cement for good concrete road.
Most cement factories transport the raw materials by road damaging already bleeding roads and polluting the environment. Some mix the clinker in open warehoues with payloader before transporting it to the factory somewhere in open trucks.

CBI isn't a government entity o. It's private. So whoever commissions it is only an inauguration honour, but it's not for your government, please. Akkufo Addo didn't start it o, neither did Mahama complete it. The Prez only went to commission someone's factory, that's all.

Some of you party zombies are too ignorant. What do you even get from these parties? Maybe T-shirts every four years and vote buying allowances for PC and FB elections.

And after those T-shirts, you go about fighting over who should get honour over a private business.
