A more corrupt person than de Graft Johnson must be big evil. The guy, with a few friends of Limann's administration, snatched power from the president and reintroduced a much fiery corruption regime than existed before the handover! We were there and saw it. Limann was a good man, but like in Ghana, was surrounded by selfish and narcissistic politicians.
That guy was the architect of Jerry's secret arrest and confinement in Aburi. Limann was furious when he heard it and asked for his immediate release. Have you heard this before?

They hounded Captain Kojo Tsikata several times until they got him involved in an intentional accident on the Motorway. Jerry himself before the arrest, was tailed 24/7 by the military police. One day, he came to collect his letters from the Continental Hotel and pointed to the MP who were on him.

Anyway, my wife is a Fante and she and the parents have some crazy Anglicized names that typical Asante and Akyem people cannot pronounce, let alone spell them. But for her beauty, I married her.

In attendance were persons who thought it will get the them time to plan how to exile him out of the country. But knowing Jerry John from a house opposite the osu police station and kwame nkrumah flats where surprising the residents were scared shit of him just because he was always on the go and strict to the face. Till he became famous famous for Dr Limamns overthrow. I think limamn was honest but sadly surrounded himself with persons who were burnt on amassing crazy wealth . Joe digi was honest and calm till he started engineering himself with his fante group to take over leadership. And knowing Rawlings he will not sit to see that happen. So moved to a safe house in teshie nungua from where the architecture of the coup was drawn. Jerry had several safe houses in taysec gardens. Jerry was so ahead of his game. I felt sorry for nana and zanetor at the time because he couldnt risk blowing his cover by going to see them. Their safety was paramount to him. And he negotiated and kept moving them too on with military precision on the blind side of his colleagues. As he couldnt trust no one with his family. Jerry rest well.you are one of the greatest humans with incredible wisdom and never feared dying in the line of exposing the ills and corruption of the system. I learnt a lot from you and grew up to be a better person. Thanks for encouraging me ,kojo, and paulus never to smoke, drink or use recreational drugs. That made me a better person. Thank you and proud of everything you done for god and country.

PFP stalwarts supported the coup until the judges case came up. But for Amartey Kwei's stupidity, more would have joined Rawlings' PNDC. That's when they started distancing themselves from Rawlings.
