The actual name of that place is NIIMAN
Their ancestors are mostly Settlers from Niger & Mali who were allowed to settle there for free by La Chief. Busia paid compensation to La Chiefs for that. All buildings in Nima need to be pull down for a Modern Estates.
The Nii ODAI KWA Family of OSU are the Allodial owners of the lands in NIMA and not any La Chief. That's why the elders of Nima pay homage to the OSU Stool and the Nii Odai Kwa Family on every Homowo Celebration.
