It is a good proposal, yet the people championing it are evil. Where were the current minority when the public fund was used to fund the building of the Cathedral? Or is it part of the NDPC development plan for Ghana? It is an attempt to ensure the expressway between Accra and Kumasi doesn't see the light of day. But over the bar.

The new law should rather ensure that political party manifestos are crafted based on the development plan approved in the long term plan of the NDPC.

I have always maintained that even military leaders like Rawlings and Acheampong who seized powerfully did l paused to listen to people, Never seen or heard this kind of looting, misgovernance mixed with arrogance anywhere in the world.
