And that's a disservice to child abuse victims. All child abuse cases should be referred to the Police. Chiefs and so-called elders are not equipped to handle these matters. Child abusers need to face the long arm of the law ... read full comment
And that's a disservice to child abuse victims. All child abuse cases should be referred to the Police. Chiefs and so-called elders are not equipped to handle these matters. Child abusers need to face the long arm of the law instead of just being made to pay meaningless fines to chiefs and provide funds for chiefs to kill helpless goats and sheep to appease worthless gods.
