The Ghana Navy let Nigerian Pirates cross our maritime borders, sail all the way to Awutu Senya to attack our fishermen, seize their outboard motors. Where was the Navy Patrol? In civilised countries, the heads and commanders would be forced to resign for the gross negligence. How much do distress call walkie-talkies cost? Government can sell these handheld devices that operate with a button push to the fishermen. They send signals in emergency and give their locations. Why are we praising stupidity?
