Voters should be reminded that the NPP is not a party that has ever seen the welfare of Ghanaians or the development of Ghana as NPP party ideal; take it from me our history says so.
The fore-parents of the NPP and the ideology that drives the NPP can never justify a policy that sought the interests of all Ghanaians. How many Ghanaians know or remember that the cleanup of Korle lagoon has been 2-times the cash cow for the NPP to steal and mismanage funds? Under K. A. Busia as president, millions of dollars were squandered on the Korle cleanup and Ghana was left holding the empty bag. Then came Akufo-Addo government whose Cecilia Dapaah also misappropriated millions for the same Korle lagoon cleanup scheme.
So if Ghanaians are losing billions of cedis because of sanitation problems then we must be serious and know who we can never trust with the nation's sanitation problems. By the way did ex-VP Dr. Bawumia fulfill his campaign promise of toilet and bathroom facilities across Ghana for the 8-years that he amassed the wealth he enjoys without remorse?

Elsewhere waste/garbage is fortune. People rush for waste to recycle to generate revenue for self or state. Can we have a national agenda to recycle Ghana’s waste? If we take recycling seriously it would also prevent the indiscriminate waste burning across our towns and cities and prevent generation of toxic air. In any case Is air quality in Accra in the moderate or poor category?

Use our prisoners and some branch of national service for cleaning to increase their merits.
Provide more cleaning equipment and machinery
Add more incentives for such activities
Let's force our schools, our religious and cultural leader to educate their members to include cleanliness in the teachings
Invest in green innovations and startups. Build recycle companies that use water as a raw material. For example use the was rubbers to create mobile toilets and rubbish bins.
Provide more mobile toilets in the city centers which can be maintained and cleaned by a third party like zoom lion etc...
Let's encourage tree planting by our schools and religious bodies.
....
How hard can thus basic things be
Ethiopia, Rwanda and other countries are making this happen why not us..
