NPP, in power failed to buy the cocoa beans, that gave way to unprecedented smuggling of cocoa beans to neighbouring countries. NPP couldn't buy the cocoa beans, but today , they are trumpeting hard on this cocoa price reduction forgetting that the supply and demand of the commodities determine its prices.
Just let the world price of cocoa go high, these non entity NPP would be put to shame
