All they want is money yet we are paying abnormal bills . When you do simple experiment like off your deep freezer because of high tarrifs and also stop using electricity to most areas of the house leaving usage to only your bedroom the fees still surges, so why?

Every problem is shifted on the previous government. NDC is so confused that governance has become an albatross around it's neck. Ghanaians are watching. NDC must stop throwing dust into the eyes of Ghanaians.

ECG is not sincere with clients especially the prepaid meter users, some of us were used as guinea pigs because we were the first users of that LONGi meters. I have two separate meters and have to load Ghc600.00 on each meter ...

ECG is not sincere with clients especially the prepaid meter users, some of us were used as guinea pigs because we were the first users of that LONGi meters. I have two separate meters and have to load Ghc600.00 on each meter for 30 days. The annoying thing is whenever you buy credit, they deduct between 12.50 - 15.00 Gh Cedis as service charge. If you travel for say 3 months and do not use the meter, they will calculate the so called service charge for the 3 months and deduct as soon as you recharge your account and in the event that the money is less than their so called service charge no credit will be given and amount paid will be deposited in their system account until you pay money over and above the service charge owed. After that refund for the first payment also become another battle. Where on earth do you charge ‘service charge’ on a service you are providing when the client has already paid for the service. I just can’t think far.
