  This looks very bad indeed. Those who think they can develop a country without developing the appropriate attitude and mentality of its citizens, are as ignorant as a church mouse. Our youth have had no discipline and if go unchecked, we should prepare ourselves for the worst. When you have young people throwing such heavy objects to hurt or kill another young person, it is not just a breakdown of discipline but a serious act of criminality and lack of empathy. This administration must be seriously concerned about what is going on in the country in terms of the lack of respect for the law.These are some of the people who have grown-up to become political leaders and are unleashing lawless attitudes on the country. The axe must start from the top.
