Does anybody see the rusty bed that the patient is lying in, the very dirty walls and ceiling? Whaaaat!!!! How can this be a good and hygienic place to take care and treat sick patients? Is my eyes deceiving me or I am seeing double double? Over to you Ghana MoH.
