The headmaster ‘s role is to confirm he is a student then dutifully provide all his details then if a juvenile theCID seek an immediate warrant to arrest him either at the school or at home if a day student.

How can the Head of the School present those students? Modern school Students are just nasty and have been pampered for far too long with all of them going to Boarding schools for free. What shows that these naughty students are even at the school? They might have left the school long ago and the school Heads can do nothing about it.
This ultimatum should be given to their parents to provide them. If the parents don’t bring them to face justice, then the parents should be arrested and detained by the Police. This will force the other family members to start combing to find the students and have them arrested.
We all know that in this era, the School Heads and Administrators have no control over the students. Yes, such students can even easily attack School Heads who try to get them.
The pictures of the students should be pasted in the municipality and the media, warning house owners who shelter them of Prison time. The people of the Community should be encouraged to report the presence of such rogue students to the Police to effect their arrests. Members of the community who report of their presence and arrests should be promised and paid monetary rewards. Such students need to be behind Bars for a period of time, and be taken to Military Barracks for very serious and strong disciplinary training for about a month where they can be canned at the bare backs, buttocks and under their feet with Horse Whips by Able Bodied and Giant Strong Military Personnel. When they are released after such strong Military Personnel Discipline, they will learn their senses and behave accordingly as students but not as Social Deviants.

Wha about having their pictures everywhere in the country and advertising rewards for information that can lead to their arrests? Have the pictures of such students posted everywhere in the country and in the media and see if they can hide at any places. When found out, send them to Military Barracks for a very strong Military Discipline with Horse Whips at their backs and buttocks and under their feet daily for two solid months.Let them undertake menial jobs while they are chained as a gang and padlocked. They and other students and fools in the community will not try to fool again. What they need now when found out is severe and wild Military Discipline and they shall be converted.

Today under John mahama, the QUALITY AND QUANTITY of food served have been IMPROVED significantly. This has REFLECTED in their BAD BEHAVIOURS in schools.
With their "BELLY FULL", they can now fight teachers and among themselves because they have gotten the ENERGY to do so. I suggest we go back to the ERA WHERE THEY ARE UNDERFED to control and monitor their activities.
