  Let Parents and students pay School Fees throughout the country. There should be no exceptions to any regional locations. The schools that were involved should be turned into Day schools.
  The students involved should be made Day students and NO LANDLORDS AND LADIES within two and a half miles should be allowed to give such students accommodation.
  Finally, no vehicles should be allowed to transport them to and from school and they should only be allowed at the school premises during the school hours. The Police, and if possible the Military should enforce this. Sleeping in front of stores, kiosks and squatting with friends in houses near the schools should be banned. House Owners who allow that should be given about three years imprisonment with Hard Labor. This should be reported by members of the community who must be paid with fines from the owners of the house for informing the authorities.
  Such students should not be allowed to transfer to any other school in the country. Heads of schools who admit them should be demoted and not be made Heads again for 10 years. Let the students and their parents suffer from the stupidities of their recalcitrant students.
  They SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THE COUNTRY AS DAY IR BOARDING SCHOOLS. Let them suffer for their stupidities and foolishness.

See this fool in this picture he and his other foolish leaders will complain and condemn. Ask him how to solve this and he will be sitting there like a rat..if you dont have the brains to solve such issues why are tou there as a leaders collecting salary? Confused foolish ppl..don't ban the games. Each school must provide 10 students each to support..and have police presence at the games. See ive solved you issue for you idiots....

  This is what we know best, condemnation and nothing else until it resurfaces again. Poor management in almost everything and everywhere. What kind of society are we building for the country? They are our own children, you know, we can't spoil their future so we can't sack them or put them before court and once they have shown remorse and blah blah blah they are left off the hook. We haven't seen anything yet as the worst is ahead of us all. These days students are untouchable in the name of their 'rights' and that has made it impossible for teachers to 'correct' recalcitrant students. When I see male students and the way they wear their shorts 'Otto Pfister' style, I say to myself, Ghana has no future.
