  This is not NPP or NDC, all this are coming from the west, this human right is sometimes complicated, we started seeing this things since corporal punishment is taken out of our schools, teachers can not whip students again, teachers can not punish students again, and this are children that are away from their parents/guardians, so if teachers can't rebbook them what do we think would exactly happen???, and many of the preparatory schools also don't employ trained teachers rather, SHS levers, most of them are teaching the children the bad characters they know from school, you see a small boy in primary school already smoking weed(marijuana) you ask he tell you i learn from my teachers, you see gay, he say my teacher, you see lesbian, she say my madam, you meet a lady later she say I was disvirgin at the age of 13, by my teacher, it's all because we are listening to the west too much, even if it doesn't make sense, because of AID we have to accept,

  Schools have leaders, and those leaders are the educators within those schools. It's the responsibility of these educators to ensure that their students obey existing school regulations regarding discipline. And that means a constant reminder to students to avoid violence or bullying. If takes the head of CID to make school leaders report students to Police for breaking the law, then those leaders have failed in upholding their leadership positions. Not only should school leaders do what is required of them, but they should also from time to time remind parents to speak to their wards about the reason why they're in school, and the reason doesn't include engaging in acts of violence of bullying others. The violence in schools will be drastically curtailed if school leaders and parents take the time to regularly speak to their students negative side of side of violent conduct. If never helps when parents make excuse for their children's violent conduct while school leaders too try minimize or even brush under the rug those acts of violence in order to avoid negative publicity for their institutions.
