It is therefore important that we eat healthily, do not smoke Cigarettes or Weed and try to abstain from alcohol. Even if we decide to drink Alcohol, it should be done in moderation and very periodically. We also need to watch what we eat, when we eat and when we sleep.. Very cold Iced Water is not good for our bodies. Drink Cold Water but not Very Chilled Water because Humans are already Warm Blooded and we don’t need to drink very chilled water. I guess many of us understand expansion and contraction. We don’t need such extremities of temperature in our bodies.
