  I personally don’t see the role of any court here.

  If you really think about the students, you should rather help them to renogotiate the UCC affiliation and make the director pay for the costs involved. There’s a difference between not having been affiliated at all and withdrawal of the affiliation. Now the future of the students is in danger.
  This is nothing more than the slogan “I will show you where power lies”.

  Funny Ghana.... remember all the students have paid money to the school and the director charged and received those payments knowing they were not properly accredited and did nothing about it. Now people are going to look at GTEC rather as the trouble maker! No wonder health delivery in Ghana is going down... unprofessional behavior of nurses and other medical personnel is rampant... Shame on the director and wife team!!!
