THE GUY DOES NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE NOR COMPETENCE TO HANDLE A COMPANY LIKE COCOBOD. ALL THESE KONKONSA CUTS AIMED AT PROTECTING ONE UNFIT APPOINTEE IS SENSELESS. REPLACE RANDY WITH WELL EXPERIENCED AND GENUINELY EDUCATED INDUSTRY EXPERT. THE SHAMEFUL CHILDISH WAY OF WORKING AND THE UNPRECEDENTED MISTAKES IS UNFORGIVABLE.

@Smith I can understand why you would take this view but if you look at all the evidence in why Cocoabod is in this position and you are very subjective with the detail, you will see Cocoabod have been driven into this position not since Randy’s appointment but by the actions of the last Cocoabod leadership team in particular and in what forward pricing commitments they unfortunately signed up to meaning that this current leadership had no other choice but to go with. I am trying to be objective here without insulting anyone but my objective view is that Randy has been handed a poison challis and he is rather trying to fix a very broken system. What this points to is a very broken system of appointing a new leadership team to such a very important revenue stream for our country every time we change administration. This is the root cause of not just for this entity Cocoabod, but for all government run institutions. We need longevity in the leadership(another day’s debate) so as they can build a solid longer term strategy than this short term approach where our key institutions are open to theft, corrupt practices and very poor leadership decisions as they know they won’t be held to account. I believe Randy has been a breath of fresh air and is peeling away and exposing the layers of rot in the decisions made and implemented by all prior board administrations of both party colours. We need to be patient and give him a chance to fix and be successful as it’s in our great country’s interest. Please no insults, I’m happy to respond to constructive criticism or feedback….
