Stealing and exchanging babies are not new. I know of a lady who was almost exchanged to a woman who wanted a girl but gave birth to a boy. This is bad and the Government and the Hospital staff should be doing something to stop this situation. Hospital staff involved in such crimes should not just be dismissed from the Nursing profession but should be made to do 15 years imprisonment with hard labor. Their trials should be over the Television and Radio and must be shackled to do Hard Labor.
I will also suggest that they are not put in Police Jails but Military Prison. They should be given 30 lashes under the feet and their backs daily with Horse Whips three times daily. The Nurses involved in this crime should be whipped at the back and under the feet in public at the lorry stations or Market Places. There should be radio and Television announcements continuously for two days announcing the time and the place the whipping will take place. When the whipping is done in public, that nonsense of stealing babies will stop.
Another way of preventing stealing and exchanging of babies that babies have to be discharged in front of the parents and two other family members after a DNA has been done in front of them. But please punish those involved in such crimes with the Military Discipline that I have suggested.
