This is not being done because someone love Ghana and want to protect state property. It's because other people who belong to the other side feels they rather have own these properties. A lot will come up one day after power changes hands. It's all about INTEREST. Keep your fingers crossed.

The land reforms must take all the lands from the chiefs, to make it impossible for selling the lands anyhow.
The leasing laws in the country must be abolished- if you have sold the land , it remain sold
