This is the way we think. Always reactive. Meaning, if traders had not been killed, such suggestions would have been locked up in someone's brains.

So the president of that association is a doctor who didn't think about this before. Always waiting to hear bloodshed before taking action to avoid future tragedies. Hopeless leadership.

Someone should help me understand why a country with a lot of arable land and the biggest man made fresh water lake in the world would source fresh tomatoes from Burkina Faso, a country that is practically close to a desert. What sense does this make? If I were President Mahama, I would ban the sourcing of onions and tomatoes from outside Ghana. This is not rocket science. This is common sense. Ban vegetables from Burkina and stop the wanton migration of cripples and beggars from those countries as well. No country in the world has developed by just being hospitable. Absolute nonsense. We need to cut that crap and start thinking. This is 2026 not 1957.
