  It's a well known fact that the gov'ts of Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and Chad are fighting terrorists. The gov'ts don't have 100% jurisdiction of each country. So did Ghanaian traders went beyond the gov't ruling jurisdiction or the terrorists rather invaded the gov't jurisdiction? If they crossed the red line then it's dangerous so they must know where to go and where not to go.
