My current mobile phone is 5G (5th generation). The NCA is asking mobile phone operators to continue to operate on 2G and 3G standards is very appalling. No wonder mobile phone communications are very poor.

Oh, please do better than this. It appears the communications authority is itself so antiquated that it does not have any strategic vision for the country.
I would not be surprised that the minister of communication or information might not have a clue as to what level of mobile technology should be upheld in Ghana. They talk big but think small.
It must be noted that you can not rule a country without knowledge and vision. It is pathetic that I can not see any person in the government with the appropriate expertise to help drive policy directives for good governance.
Go to the ministry of health. He is said to be a farmer. Go to the ministry of communications. He is just a "mouth-mouth" , empty shell. Go to the ministry of finance. He lacks knowledge in the public finance and is erroneously thinking that selling dollars is a policy that will make Ghana prosper. What a waste of time.
Ghana deserves better than the mediocre standards we are seeing.

NCA should appealed to Telecel Ghana to increase its internet connectivity speed. You internet data from Telecel Ghana but you can't use it because its internet speed is slow and disappointing
