The pain in man from a paternity fraud is by far worse than armed robbery due to permanent emotional torture
If the men faces charges for lack of child support, then women must also face charges for paternity fraud which will eventually reduce cheating and dishonesty that make most men die to early from family worries

The law already makes provision for that and women take full advantage of it all the time. You should visit the lower courts on any given day.

A paternity test must be performed before any birth certificate is issued.
