  BTW, there is actually no offence committed here. He was wearing a military camouflage outfit but he did not say he was a soldier. He was just making a fashion statement to impress a lady! So, what's the offence?

Yes, or no answer from the lady should close the case and discharge with a caution not to repeat the offence There are lots of women out there looking for guys. Please don’t put him to jail. Just auction him to the highest woman bidder.
