At the moment , there is an Attorney General who is so confused that he will fail to realise the unfairness in the reduction of this fraudster's sentence. Charlatanic Advertising and Defrauding by false pretences, to wit, using the cover of religion to defraud vulnerable clients are second class misdemeanours.
The earlier High Court imposed the correct sentence , even though the judge was a bit lenient with this fraudster of a con-woman. Twenty -five years should have been the maximum she could have imposed.
We are waiting to see what our "most brilliant" AG will do next.
