  Tackle the problem and stop the blame game. It is happening all over the country where government effort to improve the lot of students is being exploited by unscrupulous people to get rich. I am told of an SHS in the Upper East region who were donated chairs, only for these chairs to be painted and sold to first year students. Ghanaians are wicked.
