It will incur another cost by cutting the middle of the road, scrap the debris, lay blocks etc. let's put best engineering practice at work. God bless Ghana.

It's not every dual carriage that has median. Check Takoradi roads. They will install precast inverted Tee Beams after construction.. Journalist please always go deeper..I am surprised Kofi Job himself does not seem to unders ... read full comment
