Unfortunately, Mahama doesn't know this because he spent most of his adult working life in Accra.

Batakari looks like a clothing for a pregnant woman. I personally don't find it attractive. It is made of heavy fabric/textile which probably makes it very warm to wear in a tropical climate like ours.
