They are very well educated and very peaceful people. A more friendly people, you will not meet. Zambia is well ahead of Ghana in terms of tourism (unless they have regressed from when I used to live there). We can learn a lot from them in that area. They used to be very advanced in mining but I think the 90's were not kind to copper.
I don't know what the MOU's are but we can certainly benefit form cooperation with the country.
Zambia sacrificed a lot for independence in Southern Africa, as much as Ghana did for the entire Africa.

I visited Zambian in 2015 and travelled from Lusaka to Victoria falls and guess what I personally didn’t see any untard road during my 6 hour journey . Though it wasn’t dual carriage, I was highly impressed.
