Nonsensical story.
He asks questions, don't wait for the thief to answer, then asks another one. The thief sounds more composed than the interrogator.
You're right Aseidu, With all due respect most of the criminals are sensible and wiser than most of our security personnel. They can be used as instruments to combat major crimes.

In the past most of the police officers used fake certificates to enter into the service,that is why no matter how they are trained they behave as illiterate
