  Maize planted and harvested at the same cost or even more in 2024, is being sold at GH 400 per bag, when it was around GH 1000 in 2024. Today 1 bag of maize cannot buy even half of the number of cement bags you could buy in 2024.

The local farmers do not understand the economics, just pay them because its dangerous for NDC. NPP was bad that's NDC won, fix the problem. Do not punish the farmer, period.
