    The law should be made in such a way that any affected individuals can sue whoever breaks the law, together with police and the district council.

    Thanks, but let it not become another paper tiger. Enough, many are dying because of excessive noise making, especially medicine sellers, religious groups and bar operators. I welcome such a law.

    THIS NOISE POLLUTION LAW IS LONG OVERDUE AND MUST BE INTRODUCE AND ENACTED ASAP. THIS MUST ALSO BE STRICTLY ENFORCE TO THE LETTER.
